During halftime of the Super Bowl, skip Madonna's performance and check out these cute puppies and kittens as they "play" football. It just might be more cuteness than you can handle.

Laurence Olivier stars as an old-time British vaudeville performer who schemes for a way to stay in show business even as he sinks into final defeat.

"Downton Abbey"

8 p.m., PBS (New)

Football not your thing? Check out the world of "Downton Abbey." Tonight, the household prepares for the end of the war and a wounded officer makes a startling claim that could alter the Downton succession plan.

"The Voice"

9 p.m. (or following the Super Bowl), NBC (New, season premiere)

The swiveling chairs, blind auditions and funny judges' quips are back for the first of the two-part second season of the singing competition. Judges include Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green.
